Player Rules

Omega’s Reign reserves the right to amend/change the Rules of Engagement without notice. By registering with Omega’s Reign you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Each time you use Omega’s Reign, you reaffirm your acceptance of the then-current Rules of Engagement. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Service, you may discontinue using Omega’s Reign. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the RoE agreement.

We are not affiliated with the Official Shaiya staff in any way, shape, or form. If you are, please promptly remove yourself from the Omega’s Reign site.
You may not modify the Game Client, Server, or any part of the Game. You will not attempt to interfere with, hack into, or decipher any transmissions to or from the server running the Game.
Secondary or alternate accounts on opposite factions used for insulting or degrading remarks are prohibited and may result in both your alternate and main account(s) being temporarily or permanently banned.
Impersonating a staff member or attempting to do so will result in an instant 24 hour ban. (This is the only warning all Rangers and Assassins will receive.)
Having a character from both factions in PvP at the same time is prohibited. Auction House and Arena are the only exceptions and solely for the purpose of trading or transferring gear, gold, etc. Any other instances of them together on a PvP map will be considered stat padding and is punishable by an immediate ban. See Punishment Section below for details regarding duration of bans.
Omega’s Reign is a fun, friendly game; please don’t ruin it by being disrespectful to other players/guilds or any of the Omega’s Reign staff. This also means do NOT repeatedly ask the Omega’s Reign staff for anything, be it money, items, p-lvls, or special events or anything else. This ruins our enjoyment of the game also. Again, just be courteous and respectful of others.
Omega’s Reign is not responsible for transactions between players but we will help you to make one.
If you are asked by an Alpha, Omega, Elite, or ADM to stop what you are doing then immediately obey them. If you persist on continuing in said manner after being asked to stop you will be jailed for 24 hours. If after that you still persist in said manner, then the punishment will increase.
Please use English in TC. It is permitted to ask for help in another language, but please switch to PMs after you've gotten a reply.
Do not spam Trade Chat, or repeatedly type in capital letters, or repeatedly request for anything. This will be considered harassment.
The trading and selling of accounts, of any type, is prohibited, it will not be allowed.
There will be no guards in the PvP zones so it is recommended that you mark teleportation spots after you enter the PvP zone to avoid being killed at the spawn point. Spawn and portal camping is strictly prohibited. If you are repeatedly attacked upon spawning you must provide SS/Video evidence and include the name(s) of the players that are attacking you. Spawn killing will be defined as killing players at or around the spawn point that is created by entering the PvP map via a portal. This means that if a player is killed when spawning at a teleportation location is not considered spawn killing.
Also please take note that Omega’s Reign is rated 18+ all underage players please be warned that potentially offensive language, gestures and topics may occur. However, Topics or Actions that create an environment that one or more players regard as hostile, and/or disrupt game play will be taken seriously. If you do not like it then put the language filter on or stop playing Omega’s Reign.
Think when you make the name. If we get reports or we find the names that could be considered offensive, we will be asking you to name change, and if you refuse to name change, we will change it for you.
You may not use any content, which is sexual, harassing, vulgar, obscene, abusive, threatening, harmful, libelous or defamatory, encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liabilities, or is unlawful in any other way.
Think when you create the name of your character. Characters that have names that are considered racist will be asked to name change. If a name change is refused by the player, Omega’s Reign staff reserves the right to change the name for you. If you are asked to change the name, do so immediately. Repeated name changes by a player to names that are considered racist will result in being jailed for 24 hours. Punishment will increase if said player continues to use names that are considered racist.
You may not use any content that is considered harassing, vulgar, obscene, abusive, threatening, harmful, libelous or defamatory. Conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liabilities, or is unlawful in any other way. Omega’s Reign
You may not violate any local, state, national or international law or regulation.

Punishments for breaking the Omega’s Reign ToS or RoE:
1st offense: Warning
2nd offense: 24 hour jail
3rd offense: 3 day ban
4th offense: 7 day ban
5th offense: Account Wipe
6th offense: Permanent Ban
Depending on the severity of the offense, Omega’s Reign reserves the right to ban your account without a warning. The Elite’s and ADM’s reserve the right to hand out punishments depending on the severity and frequency. The ADM’s have the final say.

You will also not operate any software that interferes with, or interacts with the game in such a manner as to provide an advantage to the user both "Known and Unknown". Bots, hacks, stat pads, and exploits are prohibited. Anyone suspected of using such will receive a temporary ban. If you are proven beyond a doubt with SS / Video, you will have your account wiped and permanently banned. Do NOT accuse other players in game of any of this without SSs / Videos. Such accusations will be considered as stalking and harassment of the other players and in turn will result in you being temporarily banned.
